Why I Am a Therapist?
I became a therapist because I witnessed how storytelling, connection, and compassionate listening can transform suffering into meaning and growth. Throughout my life, I have seen how people survive migration, loss, family conflict, and systemic barriers while continuing to care for others. Therapy, for me, is a space where people can slow down, feel seen, and reconnect with their strengths and community.
My goal is to create a safe and collaborative environment where clients feel respected, understood, and empowered to move toward healing and greater balance in their lives.

Approach
My work is grounded in a person-centered orientation, using a calm and steady presence as the basis for therapeutic orientation. I position myself beside my clients rather than directing them, relying on reflection, attuned observation, and attention to bodily cues to support their internal process. I maintain a witnessing stance rather than a corrective one, where I can create conditions in which clients can access their own resources and move at their own pace. This approach prioritizes safety and regulation as the foundation for deeper work, emphasizing the client’s autonomy and inherent capacity for growth. It also maintains a consistent focus on present-moment experience as the primary source of therapeutic information.
I prioritize establishing safety and regulation before engaging in deeper work. Goals are developed collaboratively based on the client’s stated needs and internal process, and are adjusted as their capacity and insight evolve. The treatment plan remains flexible, allowing the client’s moment-to-moment experience to guide the direction and depth of the work.
